2015 GLK350 basic model, no packages, + 4 year prepaid maintenance $37684

After comparing several SUVs, I like GLK350 most. I am interest in basic 2015 GLK350 model with no packages. The best price from dealers is $35684, MSRP $38825. Compared with other shared prices in autopriceshare, it seems have some room in this price. The dealer also recommends a 4 years prepaid maintenance plan to me, $2000. I am not sure about this price and want to get some suggestions from you.
1. around 9% off MSRP, is it a fair price? 2. What is the maintenance fee for GLK350? Should I pay $2000 for the 4 years prepaid maintenance plan? Thanks in advance

9% off MSRP isn't that bad of a deal. I would forgo the maintenance fees because based on Mercedes interval 10,000-mile or 12-month you're only getting 4 prepaid service.

At my dealer oil changes cost about $100.
